Our Asset Management division specializes in premium landlord representation, tenant management, and portfolio growth. We don’t just lease properties — we manage them as performing assets.
The Role:
We are looking for a Property Manager (Leasing & Tenant Relations) to join our growing Asset Management team. You’ll be the face of Aston Gate on the ground — showcasing properties to tenants, securing high-quality leases, and managing relationships with landlords and tenants. This role blends leasing execution with asset management responsibilities, offering you a direct path to substantial earnings and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings and secure tenancy agreements.
- Manage leasing inquiries, negotiations, and contracts.
- Oversee tenant relations, renewals, and service coordination.
- Support landlords with portfolio growth, rental optimization, and long-term tenant retention.
- Actively contribute to Aston Gate’s Asset Management growth strategy.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: AED 3,500 – 7,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Competitive, with monthly earnings of AED 15,000+ achievable

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate in Dubai is preferred.
- Strong communication and client-relations skills.
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- RERA certification is an advantage (training support provided).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
